Who We Are

The Arfa Firm's practice is limited to labor relations and employment law and related litigation before all New York State and Federal Courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York State Division of Human Right, New York City Commission on Human Rights, the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA").

The Arfa Firm's practice includes counseling of clients and representation in litigation and arbitration in wrongful termination, failure to pay, wage, bonus and compensation disputes, claims involving discrimination (including sexual harassment), breach of contract, restrictive covenants ("non-competes"), whistle blower and related employment matters.
